I highly recommend you to get an iCard from your bank if you are serious about your digital marketing for your business.
Otherwise, if freelancers use their iCard then you have to pay an amount for Marketing Budget + Tax(13% on ad spend) + Service Charge. For example, if you plan to spend $10 dollar on your ad then the total amount will cost $10+$1.3+Rs, 1000 = $11.3 + Rs, 1,000 = 11.3*132.14(USD to NPR, the exchange rate may change) + 1,000 Rs = Rs. 2493.182 which is NPR, 25,00(Grand Total)
